As a holistic bodyworker, I'm always looking to find additional ways to improve overall health in myself, as well as my clients. My own journey with neuro-feedback has been very helpful in many ways. My primary reason for seeking treatment was to address anxiety, insomnia, and trouble focusing. I ended up doing a full protocol of 40 sessions, divided into different symptom-based focuses.
